SACRAMENTO – Following a vote in the middle of the night on Friday in the U.S. Senate, Governor Edmund G. Brown Jr., New York Governor Andrew M. Cuomo and New Jersey Governor-Elect Phil Murphy will hold a media call today to discuss the devastating impacts of the Republican tax plan.
