Internship Program
The Governor’s Office Internship Program is designed for undergraduate students of all majors and backgrounds who have an interest in politics, California government and public service. Internships are for students looking for real world experience in a uniquely high-profile government office. Internships are available in a variety of offices including, but not limited to Constituent Affairs, Appointments, Legislative Affairs and Press.
Unpaid internships are available to students during the winter, spring, summer and fall semesters and quarters and generally last 10-16 weeks. Students should be available for at least 16 hours per week. Interns must be enrolled in an accredited U.S. college and be at least 18 years of age.
