SACRAMENTO – Governor Edmund G. Brown Jr. will join Vision To Learn founder Austin Beutner and former U.S. Secretary of Commerce Mickey Kantor tomorrow at the Sacramento launch of the Vision To Learn program, which provides free eye exams and glasses to elementary school students in low-income communities throughout California.
