SACRAMENTO – Governor Edmund G. Brown Jr. will join Assembly Speaker John A. Pérez, Senate Republican Leader Bob Huff, Assembly Republican Leader Connie Conway, law enforcement leaders, local government officials and victims’ rights advocates to announce legislation to address the federal court order to limit state prison population to 137.5 percent of capacity.
