SACRAMENTO – Governor Edmund G. Brown, Jr. will speak at the 86th annual Sacramento Host Breakfast tomorrow morning. The Governor will also attend a California National Guard brevetting ceremony at Mather Airfield to honor Brigadier General David S. Baldwin as he is brevetted to the rank of major general.
