SAN FRANCISCO – In the lead-up to the Global Climate Action Summit this week, Governor Edmund G. Brown Jr. will deliver the keynote address at the Carbon Pricing Delivering Climate Action event tomorrow in San Francisco, hosted by the European Commission, the Government of Canada and the California Air Resources Board.
