Governor Brown Grants Pardon Following Wrongful Conviction

SACRAMENTO – Governor Edmund G. Brown Jr. today granted a full and unconditional pardon to Craig Coley after multiple investigations – including one requested by the Office of the Governor more than two years ago – led to the discovery of new evidence that demonstrates Coley was wrongfully convicted. Coley will be immediately released from prison.
