SACRAMENTO – Governor Edmund G. Brown Jr. will sign legislation tomorrow in Sacramento to increase transparency in prescription drug pricing. SB 17, authored by Senator Ed Hernandez (D-West Covina), requires pharmaceutical companies to give notice before hiking prices.
