SACRAMENTO – After joining Senate President pro Tempore Kevin de León, Assembly Speaker Anthony Rendon and labor, business and local leaders today to announce a landmark road repair and transportation investment package, Governor Edmund G. Brown Jr. announced that he has signed the following transportation reform bill to help streamline the environmental review process for projects, saving costs and expediting project delivery:
• AB 28 by Assemblymember Jim L. Frazier Jr. (D-Discovery Bay) – Department of Transportation: environmental review process: federal pilot program.
