SACRAMENTO – Taking action to boost financial security for all Californians, Governor Edmund G. Brown Jr. will join legislative, business and labor leaders tomorrow to sign SB 1234 by Senate President pro Tempore Kevin de León (D-Los Angeles), which opens a new retirement savings account for the nearly seven million workers who do not have one.
