-AB 1597 by Assemblymember Mark Stone (D-Scotts Valley) – County jails: performance milestone credits.
-AB 2295 by Assemblymember Catharine Baker (R-Dublin) – Restitution for crimes.
-SB 1130 by Senator Bob Wieckowski (D-Fremont) – False advertising: substantiation of claims: county counsel.
-SB 1284 by Senator Ed Hernandez (D-Azusa) – Human remains: conservator of the person or estate.
