RICHMOND – Governor Edmund G. Brown Jr. will join state and local leaders and women and girls from throughout the community tomorrow at the Rosie the Riveter National Historical Park to sign the California Fair Pay Act – SB 358 by Senator Hannah-Beth Jackson (D-Santa Barbara) – to help close the gender wage gap.
