– AB 1888 by Assemblymember Philip Ting (D-San Francisco) – Documentary transfer tax: document for recordation: amount of tax due shown on separate paper.
– AB 2156 by Assemblymember Katcho Achadjian (R-San Luis Obispo) – Local agency formation commissions: studies.
– SB 722 by Senator Lou Correa (D-Santa Ana) – California Mexican American Veterans’ Memorial Beautification and Enhancement Fund: extension of operation.
