Brown Jr. will deliver remarks in Sacramento tomorrow at the annual Law Enforcement Legislative Day organized by the California Peace Officers’ Association, California Police Chiefs Association, California District Attorneys Association, California State Sheriffs’ Association, California Narcotic Officers’ Association and the California Highway Patrol.
