SAN FRANCISCO – Governor Edmund G. Brown Jr. tomorrow will meet with Peru’s Ambassador to the United States Harold Forsyth to sign an agreement to expand California’s partnership with Peru and will then meet with Portugal’s President Cavaco Silva. The meeting with Peru’s Ambassador will be closed to press and the first few minutes of the meeting with Portugal’s President will be open to coverage by credentialed media.
