Governor Brown Appoints Christine A. Carringer to Solano County Superior Court

SACRAMENTO – Governor Edmund G. Brown Jr. today announced the appointment of Christine A. Carringer to a judgeship in the Solano County Superior Court.

Carringer, 59, of Fairfield, has been staff counsel at Katchis Harris and Yempuku since 2009. She was of counsel at Powers and Miller from 2006 to 2009. Carringer was a member attorney at Knox Ricksen LLP from 1995 to 2005 and an associate attorney at Segal and Kirby from 1989 to 1994 and at Porter Scott from 1987 to 1989. She earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Pennsylvania State University. She fills the vacancy created by the retirement of Judge Allan P. Carter. Carringer is a Republican.

The compensation for this position is $181, 292.
