SACRAMENTO – Governor Edmund G. Brown Jr. today announced the appointment of Khymberli S.Y. Apaloo to a judgeship in the San Bernardino County Superior Court.
Apaloo, 43, of Rancho Cucamonga, has been a commissioner at the San Bernardino County Superior Court since 2012. She was a partner at Haslam and Perri LLP from 2003 to 2012 and an associate attorney at Covington and Crowe LLP from 1998 to 2003. Apaloo earned a Juris Doctor degree from the New York University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of California, Berkeley. She fills the vacancy created by the retirement of Judge John Martin. Apaloo is a Democrat.
The compensation for this position is $181, 292.
