LOS ANGELES – Governor Edmund G. Brown Jr. will be joined by Attorney General Kamala D. Harris tomorrow to sign the California Homeowner Bill of Rights (AB 278 and SB 900) in Los Angeles, which will be followed by a press conference in San Francisco to mark the enactment of these critical reforms to help millions of Californians recover from the housing crisis.
