Brown Jr. will join United States Secretary of Transportation Ray LaHood, Oakland Mayor Jean Quan and others tomorrow to mark the $15 million federal TIGER (Transportation Investment Generating Economic Recovery) grant awarded to the Port of Oakland to fund its rail development project.
