Governor Brown to Attend Two Events in Los Angeles Tomorrow


LOS ANGELES – Governor Edmund G. Brown Jr. will join actor Pierce Brosnan, Dog Whisperer Cesar Millan and California First Dog Sutter Brown at an event to promote public support for the California Pet Lover’s License Plate. The California Pet Lover’s License Plate provides a funding source for free and low-cost spay and neuter programs.

Governor Brown will also participate in a discussion at the Milken Institute 2012 Global Conference on how California is attracting and maintaining out-of-state investment by building on its entrepreneurial culture, cutting-edge research and development and robust export industries. California remains the state with the highest levels of venture capital funding and foreign direct investment in the nation.
