• AB 324 by Assemblymember Joan Buchanan (D-San Ramon) – Juvenile offenders: recall of commitment.
• SB 730 by Senator Christine Kehoe (D-San Diego) – Claims against the state: appropriation.
• SB 880 by Senator Ellen Corbett (D-San Leandro) – Common interest developments: electric vehicle charging stations.
