Governor Brown and First Lady to Honor 2011 California Hall of Fame Inductees

SACRAMENTO – Governor Edmund G. Brown Jr. and First Lady Anne Brown will host the 2011 California Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony on Thursday, where ten inductees who exemplify the creative and pioneering spirit of California will be honored. The honorees include Buzz Aldrin, The Beach Boys, Dr. Elizabeth Blackburn, Father Gregory Boyle, Doris and Donald Fisher, Earvin “Magic” Johnson, Ed Roberts, Carlos Santana, Amy Tan and Justice Roger Traynor.

When: Thursday, December 8, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. (media pre-show check-in begins at 5:00 p.m.)
