SACRAMENTO – Governor Edmund G. Brown, Jr. today announced he has vetoed SB 104 by Senate President pro Tempore Darrell Steinberg (D-Sacramento) which amends the California Labor Code relating to employment. The Governor’s veto message can be found here.
