SACRAMENTO – Governor Edmund G. Brown, Jr. today announced he has signed AB 1020 by Assemblymember Wesley Chesbro (D-Arcata) which ratifies the compact for the Habematolel Pomo Tribe of Upper Lake and AB 329 by Roger Dickinson (D-Sacramento) which allows for the implementation of the memorandum of understanding between Sacramento County and the Sacramento County Deputy Sheriffs’ Association.
