SACRAMENTO – Governor Edmund G. Brown, Jr. today attended a California National Guard brevetting ceremony at Mather Airfield to honor Brigadier General David S. Baldwin as he was brevetted to the rank of major general. Governor Brown joined with members of Brigadier General David S. Baldwin’s family for the ceremony.
