SACRAMENTO – Governor Jerry Brown today signed AB 93 by Assemblymember Ricardo Lara, (D-Bell Gardens) allowing the results of the March 8, 2011 election in the city of Bell to be certified by Los Angeles County and the recently elected city council members to take office.
