SACRAMENTO – Following the release of his balanced budget proposal yesterday, Governor Jerry Brown will meet with the Assembly Democratic Caucus, Assembly Republican Caucus, Senate Democratic Caucus and the Senate Republican Caucus today to discuss his plan and the need for immediate action.
